Intercultural Coaching

Living or doing business abroad forces you to deal with not only another language, bus also another culture: in daily life, but also in business. You will find many things handled differently and in ways you are not used to.

Sometimes this feeling of disorientation may lead to confusion, uncertainty and anxiety: often felt by people that have to operate within a different and unknown cultural or social environment. The feelings originate from difficulties in assimilating in the new culture, causing difficulty in knowing what is appropriate and what is not. Often even combined with a dislike or even disgust with certain aspects of the new or different culture.

This is why Lost in Spain decided to organize cultural workshops and briefings: to help you understand the Spanish culture, customs, values and beliefs.

With our sessions we hope to bring about:
· Quick integration, avoiding misunderstandings, stress & frustration;
· Smooth, stress-free life in a new culture;
· Reduction of stereotypes.

In different workshops and briefings we help you to get insight in Spanish cultural, habits, traditions, values and beliefs: in-depth information on culture & lifestyle, business skills, security and travel information.

Wherever you will go - doing business across borders or leading a multinational team – to be effective on the international stage, you need a profounder cross cultural understanding.

The workshops and briefings will help you discover:spain_cultural_differences
